💔 The Invisible Cost Someone joins a platform like Outlier looking for work and for some stability. They work hard and stay available. Some even reach exceptional performance levels as top engagement. And still, the reward often does not match the emotional cost. No system should demand this much suffering just to offer people a chance to earn. 🔴 The System What platforms often offer: ❌ Little meaningful appeal ❌ Minimal transparency ❌ Sudden removals ❌ Little or no explanation Workers follow official instructions.
